How long are the courses and what is the schedule?⌄
Most courses run 6–8 weeks with two live sessions per week. All sessions are recorded and available to watch on-demand.
What is your refund policy?⌄
You can request a full refund within the first 14 days if you have not completed more than 25% of the course. Simply email [email protected].
Do I receive a certificate upon completion?⌄
Yes. Every student who completes all assignments and the final project receives an official TrimBay Design Lab certificate with verification link.
How do you handle AI ethics and copyright?⌄
We cover responsible prompt engineering, dataset licensing, and commercial usage rights in every core course. All final projects require proper attribution and release notes.
Are there team or enterprise licenses available?⌄
Yes. We offer custom team pricing for 5+ seats and private cohorts for studios. Contact us for pricing and onboarding support.
Can I access past cohorts or recordings?⌄
All current students receive lifetime access to their course recordings, templates, and community discussions after completion.
What level of experience do I need to enroll?⌄
Our foundational courses expect basic graphic design skills (Adobe Suite). Advanced workshops require prior AI tool familiarity or completion of our Foundations track.
